We will be offering 10 stroke clinic sessions throughout the season. Stroke Clinics are welcome to swimmers of all ages who would like to participate in small group instruction to refine and improve their stroke technique. Age group coaches will run each clinic - one on Monday night and one on Friday night of each week. Stroke clinics will be held at the Middleton High School indoor pool. Cost of each clinic is $10 per swimmer. Due to high demand and limited space, swimmers may sign up for ONE stroke clinic each week and are limited to THREE clinics throughout the season.  Please refer to the Practice Schedule Tab for complete dates.
